FAQ

1) How long I can return my order?

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If you want to cancel order before ship out, please contact us soon within 24 hours after order placed. If order already shipped out, we cannot change anymore. 

2) How Can I return items?

  • Email us info@lindystyles.com within 14 days of receiving packages that USPS/UPS/FEDEX tracking shows delivered, with your order number and return reason along with a picture if the product defect, and we will refund full amount.
  • We will reply within 24-48 hours along with the shipping label. Please note the shipping label is effective for five days, please ships out soon after you receive the shipping label.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days in processing refund once we receive return items. Please allows a few days for the refund appear in your bank account after we initiated.

3) What are return methods?

  • FREE RETURN to store credit. Please contact us info@lindystyles.com. Return label will be sent via email. We refund full amount as a e-gift card, which will email to you. Gift card is NEVER expired.
  • Return full refund to original credit card payment method. Please contact us info@lindystyles.com for the prepaid return label. Please note that return fee $5.99 will be deducted from total amount of refund.
  • Use your own shipping method and refund to original card payment method. Please contact us info@lindystyles.com prior return the package back 

    4) Can I return a gift card that someone bought for me?

    We apologize that we are not accepting returning gift card. 

    5) What if my package is returned back to sender?

    If your package was returned to us by USPS, we are unable to reship the package as it is not able to forward by USPS. If this case happened, we will issue a refund when we actually received the package that return back to us. At this time, we are not able to provide more detail information for the reason why your package is not able to deliver. If you still want the same item, you can place another order.We apologize for any inconvenience for you. 

     6) What payment method do you accept?

     We accept most of credit cards which display on the bottom on the website.

    7) Does my gift card expire? 

    No, the gift card is never expire. 

    8) Can I reuse same promotion code?

    No, discount code only apply at one time. No multiple times! Can combine with another code at the same time. 

    Email subscribing discount code is not applicable on SALES items.

    9) How can I track my order?

     You can track order with the shipping confirmation that sent to your email address. You can also click “Track Order” on the very bottom of the page. Simply enter you tracking number then you will see the shipping update. 

    10) Can I have a refund if the price has changed?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to do that. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!

    11) What happed I click twice to check out the same order?

    If your first try was declined because of your credit card, and you might see pending transaction. Please do not worry, it will automatically drop off your bank statement a few business days later. 

    12) My package said delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

    Please check surrounding area and PO Box. Please note that sometimes USPS tracking information marked earlier than actually delivered. However, your package should arrive within a few days. If you still do not receive your order within 3 days of latest tracking update. Please email us with your order number and tracking information. We may assist you further.

    13) I do not see the update on my international tracking. 

    If this happens, we ensure that the package is already in transit to you. Please note that for international orders typically take 10 to 25 full business days to be delivered, not include weekends, or holidays. 

    We always do our best to ship your order as soon as we can depending on your locations. Sometimes your order might take longer than 25 days due to unexpected reasons that beyond control.

    14) When will my order ship out?

    Our order normally ship out within 24 hours (NOT include weekends or holidays). Due to pandemic, shipping time might varies. However, we are working best to ship the item ASAP once able to. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

    15) What is your delivery option?

     Please refer to "Shipping Policy" on the footer menu.

      16) Why I cannot process to check out my order?

      Thank you for your order. Please note that to get a FREE shipping, your order total need to be $49 or greater after applied all discount code. All products on the website are from different warehouses base on product availability. If your items in the cart from different location, make sure order total is $49 to get FREE shipping, customer will receive separate packages from different warehouses.

      If you want items ship only from U.S warehouse, please read each"product description" for shipping details. 

      Once you see this message, "some items can't be shipped to the address you entered." the first thing is to double check your order total amount must be $39 after applied discount. 

      17) How does reward points count?

      100 point= $1

      You can accumulating reward points through out all purchases. All points you can redeem on any orders.
