Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If return items meet the return conditions, please contact us at info@lindystyles.com prior shipping back the item.
ALL SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, SOCKS, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE, CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
Can I return items?
YES, of course. You can click the "Start Returns" at the page bottom to make your returns online within 14 days of receiving packages that USPS/UPS/FEDEX tracking shows delivered. Please ships out soon after you receive the shipping label. If you have additional questions please email us at info@lindystyles.com we will reply within 24-48 hours.
Please allow 3-7 business days in processing refund once we receive return items. Please allows a few days for the refund appear in your bank account after we initiated.
Three options for the refund method:
1) Refund to original payment method. Return fee is on us for your first return package. Any additional returns of your orders will be deducted $5.99 restocking fee from your refund automatically.
2) FREE Return to store credit. We refund full amount as a e-gift card, which will email to you. Gift card is NEVER expired.
3) You can use your own shipping method and refund to original card payment method.
Please read each "product description" for each shipping detail information. We will not able to process refund or exchange if the package is lost during sending back. After you send items back to us, we will inspect the item condition before issuing refund or gift card. You can always contact us for any question at info@lindystyles.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, jewelry, socks, gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
No exchange at the moment. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit base on customer’s choice. Email notification will be sent to you once we processing refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
